This is a new project being carried out for DG Climate Action which will engage cities across Europe and provide capacity development to selected cities to help them draft and implement an adaptation strategy. As part of this process three Stakeholder Dialogues are being organised across Europe between June and July 2012.

Labour_Plus_Kickoff_Meeting

The Labour Plus project Kickoff meeting has been held in Nieuwegein on the 11th of April 2012. The kickoff meeting’s main theme was « Towards a better participation of Roma in education and employment », Roma people, being Europe’s largest minority group, need to be integrated by local and national authorities. By focusing on the dissemination of good practices, project Labour Plus will seek to improve regional policies and increase the participation of the Roma minority.
